Steps required for non FFL holders to purchase firearms not picked up in store.

Please note:
It is your FFL's responsibility to insure the State and Federal legality of receiving and transferring any firearm.

1) You will need to find a gun store in your area that is willing to receive it.

2) I will need a originally signed and mailed copy of their FFL prior to my being able to ship to them.

3) Payment for the gun, shipping and insurance.
    a) Prices listed or quoted are cash prices.
    b) For cash price we accept Bank or Postal money orders only, no Deli-Mart type money orders.
   c) Presently the only form of payment is Bank or US postal Money order.

4) Your gun store will have you fill out necessary papers and then transfer the firearm to you.

5) They will charge a transfer fee so you will want to inquire as to how much that is.
a) I have seen transfer fees any where from $5 to $100, we charge $35.

6) Used firearms have a three day condition as stated guarantee, new guns are not returnable.
a) Refunds are prompt but do not include shipping either way or refund of convenience fee if charged.
